STRENGTH

Build capacity with patience and good form.

Strength practice can be measured in many ways: control, confidence, carrying capacity, and the ability to recover between efforts.

Three principles

Control

Use a pace that lets you understand the movement and adjust your position.

Progression

Change one variable at a time, such as repetitions, support, or rest.

Recovery

Leave enough time and energy for the rest of your week.

Choose sustainable effort

Useful strength work does not need to look extreme. Start with stable positions, clear breathing, and a load that allows consistent technique.

If a movement creates sharp or unusual discomfort, pause and seek qualified guidance.
